GK Cares Inc.is the family-run brand you see and talk to — built by the Musabaevs to bring warmth, food, and companionship to seniors in our community. We handle outreach, intake, family communication, and the design of each client’s experience.
Reach Out Home Health Care is our licensed home care partner. They hold California HCO License #274700018, employ the caregivers on record, manage state-required compliance, and carry the professional insurance behind every visit.
Together, under a formal Business Development and Administrative Services Agreement, we deliver a single, seamless experience to families. You work with us. The license and clinical oversight sit with Reach Out. Both sides hold each other to a high bar.
